This post included confirmation that it would be exclusive to Speedway convenience gas station stores. On March 19th, 2020, in a r/MountainDew Reddit post, promotional imagery of Spark was again leaked by a user named 'pm_me_your_last_pics,' who had found them while taking a survey from PepsiCo. The employee did not give a release date nor did they specific if the release would be exclusive to a particular store franchise. On March 7th, 2020, in a r/MountainDew Reddit post, Spark was first leaked by a PepsiCo employee named 'MtDew1296,' showing an image of a 20-ounce bottle of Spark which he received as a test sample bottle. Its tagline is ' DEW with a Blast of Raspberry Lemonade Flavor with Other Natural Flavors.' The Zero Sugar variant has the same tagline.

Spark is a Raspberry Lemonade flavor of Mountain Dew and has a bright pink look, having a comparable tasting flavor to that of Spiked (Raspberry Lemonade) and Game Fuel Zero (Charged Raspberry Lemonade).
